So the holiday is soon upon us once again. Now the pressure begins! What kind of Turkey? How do I make sure it is tasty and juicy? What courses should I serve with it? How do I get it all out at once from my kitchen for all these people and make sure it is still hot? No pressure, no stress. LOL This dinner will make enough for eight people, at least.

We will use the same techniques used in a commercial kitchen that has been tried and true and a few tricks that you can use at home as well.
