Mint and garlic Dal

Here is an awesome appetizer for you and your friends.Super easy and so tasty. Who doesn’t want that? Dal is an ancient dish served around the world but has its roots in India. There are many variations eaten by the royalty to the poor. Some are very complicated while others are quite simple. This one is dead simple. Personally I enjoy the hit of mint and the at the same time the heat from the chilies. As always prepare your ingredients ahead of time to make it simple to execute. I like this dish thick so as to make it easy to spread on the warmed bread. As always, I hope you enjoy.
