Ingredients for Grand Marnier Cranberry Sauce:

  • 2 bags Cranberries
  • 1.5 cups brown sugar
  • 6 tbsp Grand Marnier.
  • 1.5 tbsp orange zest
  • 2 cups water

Cooking Instructions for Grand Marnier Cranberry Sauce:

  • Pour Cranberries, Sugar, and water into medium saucepan.
  • Bring to a boil and reduce heat to simmer. Stir often for about 10 minutes.
  • Add Grand Marnier and half the zest. Mix well.
  • Place in container and let cool 30 minutes. Chill in fridge until next day.
  • Serve either chilled or room temp. Sprinkle remaining zest over sauce and serve.
  • Can be frozen as well.
