Ingredients for Grand Marnier Cranberry Sauce:
- 2 bags Cranberries
- 1.5 cups brown sugar
- 6 tbsp Grand Marnier.
- 1.5 tbsp orange zest
- 2 cups water
Cooking Instructions for Grand Marnier Cranberry Sauce:
- Pour Cranberries, Sugar, and water into medium saucepan.
- Bring to a boil and reduce heat to simmer. Stir often for about 10 minutes.
- Add Grand Marnier and half the zest. Mix well.
- Place in container and let cool 30 minutes. Chill in fridge until next day.
- Serve either chilled or room temp. Sprinkle remaining zest over sauce and serve.
- Can be frozen as well.
